We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition they were received — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Shipping

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We kindly ask that you use a trackable shipping service, as we’re unable to accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

 

Damages & Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’re always here to help make things right.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
