We want every PAHU box to arrive safely, beautifully, and on time. Below you’ll find key information about shipping, delivery times, and tracking.
Processing Times
All orders are lovingly prepared and processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a dispatch notification as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
At checkout, you’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping option — whether express or budget — and select from available courier services.
You’ll see the exact shipping rate and an estimated delivery timeframe before completing your order. Shipping costs are paid directly to the courier, with no hidden fees.
International Shipping
We prepare our curated orders in Spain and we currently ship within the European Union and the UK.
Please note that any additional customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your delivery’s progress.
