Shipping and delivery of Products
Delivery of the Products shall be made to the address indicated by the User in the purchase form within 7 business days from the moment the order leaves PAHU PLAY’s warehouse.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, delivery times may vary and be affected by circumstances beyond PAHU PLAY’s control. But not limited to, periods of high sales volume (such as Christmas, special promotions, Black Friday, etc.) may extend the ordinary delivery period. Delivery times may also be extended in the event of incidents such as incorrect delivery addresses, recipient absence, or similar issues.
The preparation of orders and the time elapsed until their dispatch from PAHU PLAY’s warehouse may vary depending on the day on which the User and/or Customer places the order. The User is informed that placing an order on public holidays (national, regional, or local) or during the weekend will result in the order being processed on the next business day.
Currently, in accordance with PAHU PLAY’s prevailing policy, deliveries are made throughout the European territory, except for those areas where, due to logistical or customs reasons, it is not possible to guarantee the proper delivery of the order.
To arrange any preferences or circumstances relating to delivery that were not specified in the Purchase Order, or to inquire about the status of the shipment, the User must contact PAHU PLAY at the following address: info@pahuplay.com
Likewise, if delivery takes place at a time when the User is not present at the delivery address, PAHU PLAY or the shipping company will contact the User to arrange a new delivery date.
Absence of the User at the time of delivery
If the User is not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the procedure to be followed will depend on the courier company or logistics provider in charge of the shipment. Generally, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange a new delivery attempt or collect the order from the nearest office.
PAHU PLAY shall not be held liable for any delays, additional costs, or incidents arising from the User’s absence at the address indicated for delivery.
Incorrect shipment
If the User receives a Product different from the one purchased, the User must process the return of the Product received in accordance with the provisions of Clause 8.1 of these Terms and Conditions, expressly indicating that it is a case of an incorrect shipment. PAHU PLAY will contact the User as soon as possible to provide instructions on the steps to be taken and to resolve the matter without undue delay.
Changes to the delivery address
The User is informed that once the order is on its way, changes to the delivery address may be made, provided the shipment is not already out for delivery.
